Shipping
Please be mindful that all products are handmade and some of our products are made to order. All orders require up to 14 Business Days for processing and shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns or offer exchanges, or store credit. No Refunds will be issued after purchasing so please select items carefully.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective; or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Vital Joule assumes no liability for lost or damaged packages.For damaged packages we recommend taking pictures and keeping all packaging materials for your insurance claim, that you should file directly with the carrier. All claims can be filed on the carrier website.

Returned Packages
In the event that your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. We also offer the option to refund your entire order at no additional charge. No Refunds will be issued after purchasing so please select items carefully.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
